Drafting and reviewing plaints, petitions, applications, replies, affidavits, rejoinders, appeals, and other pleadings

Handling appearances and arguments before Lower Courts, DRT, NCLT, and High Court of Bombay

Managing filings, registry compliances, service of notices, affidavits of service, and procedural follow-ups

Coordinating and briefing senior counsels and external advocates when required

Handling recovery proceedings under IBC (Section 7 & 9), SARFAESI, and DRT recovery applications

Managing loan default, enforcement of security interests, restructuring, and settlement-related litigation

Handling corporate disputes including shareholder issues, contractual breaches, winding-up petitions, and arbitration-related litigation

Drafting and filing company petitions, applications, and cases of oppression and mismanagement

Conducting legal research, preparing case law analysis, and drafting legal opinions

Keeping updated with amendments, tribunal rules, and procedural changes

Regularly updating clients on case progress, hearing updates, and litigation strategy

Preparing case status reports, trackers, and hearing summaries for internal and client use

Assisting partners in litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and client advisory


Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills with ability to manage multiple matters independently

Good understanding of IBC, SARFAESI, Companies Act, CPC, and banking/finance laws

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client management

LL.B. mandatory (LL.M. preferred); Bar Council registration required

3–5 years’ PQE in litigation with exposure to banking, corporate, and commercial disputes
