Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Consultant with deep expertise across Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Salesforce CRM, and Mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to craft compelling solutions, lead client engagements, and drive revenue growth through strategic pre-sales excellence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Discovery & Solution Consulting

  • Lead in-depth requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Understand customer pain points and map them to tailored Cloud, AI, Salesforce, Mobility, or Full Stack solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demos, PoCs, and presentations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to Product & Marketing to improve GTM materials and solution accelerators.

2. Proposal & Bid Management

  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, solution architecture, and costing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and competitive solutions.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with customer goals and organizational capabilities.

3. Sales Strategy & Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales to identify new opportunities and shape deal strategy.
  • Provide competitive analysis and value propositions to strengthen conversion.
  • Support pipeline acceleration by creating reusable collateral, case studies, and pitch decks.

4. Technical Expertise

  • Act as a subject-matter expert across relevant technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, Digital Transformation—customize as needed).
  • Guide clients through solution feasibility, implementation best practices, and ROI evaluation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, partner offerings, and emerging technologies.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Delivery teams for smooth handover post-closure.
  • Coordinate with Product teams to provide feedback and prioritize enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to craft thought leadership content and GTM assets.

Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering.
  • Experience in multi-technology pre-sales across Cloud/AI/Full Stack/Salesforce/Mobile/DevOps (at least 2 major domains mandatory).
  • Proven success supporting enterprise deals and winning large RFPs.
  • Experience working with CXOs, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
