This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team, collaborating to lead a team to develop and enhance our HRIS systems.THE GIG As the Manager HR Systems in our Enterprise Technology team, you will:Lead a continuous evolution of our HR systems, including HRIS, payroll & recruitment systemsDevelop and maintain the HR Systems roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.Be able to operate with minimal supervision, managing the team and day to day activitiesManage a team of HRIS specialists to create a high performing innovative team that will deliver solutions to meet the needs of the business in multiple locationsTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Own the HR Systems backlog, prioritizing features to maximize business value.Collaborate with analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR Systems.Lead sprint planning and align the team with Agile best practicesLead the technical aspects of HR System projects and rolloutsTHE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APARTMust-Have Experience:15+ years working in a lead role with HR systems.Proven experience with HRIS systems, specifically DayforceProven Experience with Global payroll systems and servicesProven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systemsStrong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systemsHands-on experience configuring HR systemsExperience in leading HR systems implementation projects in multiple countriesTechnical Skills:3-5+ years' experience of Ceridian/Dayforce (mandatory)Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce is a benefitHR SystemsSoft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Education:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.We live and breathe Rebellious Self Expression at Dr. Martens, and there are 3 core values at the heart of it.
