And to build and strengthen this superpower, we’re on the lookout for an amazing Senior Product Manager (Connected Banking)About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Connected Banking vertical for theEnterprise segment. This is a high-impact, tech-first Product Management role. You will not just be building features; you will be architecting the financial infrastructure that connects large enterprises with core banking networks. You will sit at the intersection of deep technical execution (APIs), complex project management (Bank Integrations), and intuitive SaaS design (Treasury Management).Experience: 6-11 yearsLocation: BangaloreResponsibilities:1. API Product Strategy & ExecutionAPI-First Design: Own the roadmap for our Connected Banking APIs. Design robust,scalable, and developer-friendly APIs that allow enterprises to plug banking directly into their ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).Technical Specs: Write detailed technical product requirement documents (PRDs) and API specifications for the engineering team.Developer Experience: Ensure our API documentation, sandboxes, and integration guides are world-class to reduce integration time for our enterprise clients.2. Core Banking IntegrationsBank Partnerships: Act as the primary technical liaison between Open and our partner banks.You will manage the complex lifecycle of API integrations with legacy core banking systems.Technical Program Management: Bank integrations are complex and multi- stakeholder.You will drive these projects to completion, managing strict timelines, compliance requirements,and UAT cycles with external bank IT teams.Reliability: Build failover mechanisms and reconciliation layers to ensure 99.9% reliability for high-value enterprise transactions.3. Treasury Management SaaS● Build the TMS: Translate technical banking capabilities into a user-friendly Treasury Management System (TMS) dashboard.● Solve Financial Pains: Build features specifically for the office of the CFO, including Multi-Bank Cash Visibility, Automated Reconciliation, Liquidity Management, and Bulk Payables/Receivables.● ERP Integration: Work on productizing connectors that sync data bi-directionally between the Open platform and Enterprise ERPs.Requirements6-12 years of total experience, with at least 4+ years in Product Management within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or Enterprise Software.Engineering background (CS degree or previous development experience) is highly preferred due to the technical nature of the role.Core competencies:API Fluency: You understand webhooks, authentication standards etc. You treat APIs as products, not just pipes.Banking Domain Knowledge: Understanding of payment rails (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, NACH), virtual accounts, and core banking hierarchies is a massive plus.Project Management Grit: You have a proven track record of managing external dependencies (vendors, partners, banks) and unblocking engineering teams.Treasury/ERP Insight: Familiarity with how large companies manage money (Treasury operations) or how ERPs function is a distinct advantage.Why work at Open?
