And to build and strengthen this superpower, we’re on the lookout for an amazing Senior Product ManagerWe are hiring forSr.Product Manager (Accounts Payable)Exp - 6-12 Years (Min. 4 years in B2B SaaS/Fintech Product Management)Bangalore OfficeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Product Manager who lives and breathes B2B Fintech. You will solve complex financial challenges for large organizations—specifically focusing on how they process invoices, manage approvals, integrate with legacy ERPs, and execute payments.Your core mission is to transform a traditionally manual, error-prone AP process into a touchless,automated, and strategic function for our enterprise clients.Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define the long-term vision and strategy for the Enterprise AP product, aligning with Open’s broader banking ecosystem. Own the "Procure-to-Pay" lifecycle, prioritizing features that drive operationalefficiency (e.g., OCR efficiency, approval workflows, fraud detection). Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to keep Open ahead of legacyAP solutions and modern SaaS competitors.2. ERP Integration & Ecosystem (Critical) Lead the strategy for deep, bi-directional integrations with major Enterprise ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tally Prime). Design mechanisms for seamless data synchronization (Master data, Invoices, Paymentstatus) between Open and client ERPs to ensure the General Ledger (GL) is always accurate. Work with engineering to solve technical challenges related to SFTP, API, and plugin- basedintegrations.3. Solutioning for Accounting Workflows Design complex, multi-tiered approval workflows that mimic enterprise hierarchies (e.g.,approval limits based on department, amount, or cost center). Ensure the product handles core accounting nuances: 3-Way Matching (PO, GRN, Invoice),TDS/GST compliance, and Vendor Management. Build features that delight the CFO office: Cash flow forecasting, spend analytics, and audit trails.4. Execution & Delivery Translate high-level requirements into detailed User Stories, PRDs, and wireframes. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship high-quality features in an Agile environment. Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering teams to assist in closing large enterprise deals by acting as the technical product expert during demos.Requirements1. Domain Expertise (AP & Accounting) You must have a strong grasp of the Accounts Payable process. You understand what a General Ledger is, how a Chart of Accounts works, and the pain points of manual invoice processing. Familiarity with tax compliances (GST, TDS deduction at source) and vendor Reconciliation.2. ERP Integration Experience Demonstrated experience integrating B2B SaaS products with ERP systems. You understand thecomplexities of mapping fields between a modern SaaS UI and a legacy ERP backend. Technical understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and file-based data transfer protocols.3. Enterprise SaaS Product Skills Proven track record of managing products for the Enterprise segment. You understand the difference between building for an SMB (self-serve) vs. an Enterprise (configured, gated,compliant).
