This includes conducting market research, defining product requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to bring products to market. The Product Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the product, including its profitability and market share.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to multiple engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and define product requirementsCollaborate with associate product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, roadmaps, and priorities that align with business objectives.Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmapOversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality software products or solutions.Lead and mentor product managers and team members, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products to marketEnsure the overall success of the product, including its profitability and market shareStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscapeCommunicate product vision and strategy to key stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Tech, Marketing, or related field from Tier-1 colleges.4-6 years of experience in product managementStrong understanding of product development processes and methodologiesExperience with market research and customer discoveryExperience with PLG ProductExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven track record of successfully launching products in the market
