Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in a night shift setting for a Human Resources Positions at MedyMatic Business Solutions in Nagpur. The role will involve tasks related to HR management, establishing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Responsibilities:
a) Human Resource Planning: Developing strategic plans to recruit and fulfill company goals and objectives.
b) Job Analysis: Conducting job analysis to determine the requirements of different roles within the organization.
c) Maintaining Work Culture: Ensuring a positive work culture by addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
d) Hiring Candidates: Managing the recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
e) Processing Payroll: Overseeing payroll processes to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
f) Constructing Work Policies: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
g) Maintaining Employee Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date employee records and updating HR databases.
h) Performance Appraisals: Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
i) Managing Compensation: Handling employee benefits and compensation packages.
j) Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing HR policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
Personnel Management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
