Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Vault RIM Lead to manage the implementation, optimization, and support of Veeva Vault RIM for our global pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in regulatory affairs, a strong background in Veeva Vault (especially RIM Suite), and proven leadership in managing regulatory systems projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and governance of Veeva Vault RIM (Submissions, Registrations, Product, and Archive modules).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing (IQ, OQ, PQ), validation documentation, and training.
  • Own the product backlog and roadmap for RIM enhancements and updates.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts and technical teams working on Veeva Vault RIM projects.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, ICH, IDMP) in system implementation and documentation.
  • Conduct UAT coordination, defect triaging, change request management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Work closely with Veeva support and internal IT teams to resolve issues and roll out new functionality.
  • Stay updated on new Veeva releases and roadmap to continuously improve the RIM platform's efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical / life sciences domain with a strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs processes.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on leadership experience in Veeva Vault RIM implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory data standards and submission types (eCTD, IDMP, XEVMPD).
  • Proven experience leading global system implementations in a validated environment.
  • Strong documentation skills (URS, FRS, test scripts, SOPs, training materials).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience integrating Veeva Vault RIM with external systems (e.g., ERP, Safety, Quality).
  • Veeva Certification(s) in RIM modules.
  • Familiarity with other Veeva Vault suites like PromoMats or QualityDocs.
