Role: Azure Migration & Cloud Architect(Manager)

Experience: 7-10 Yrs

Location : PAN India

Work Mode: Hybrid --Not a Remote (2 Days of Office work)

Shift :12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Flexibility Required)

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop enterprise cloud architecture blueprints and migration roadmaps for Azure adoption.
  • Lead client engagements for application and infrastructure migration assessments and design.
  • Architect end-to-end cloud migration and modernization solutions leveraging Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to align cloud solutions with business goals.
  • Evaluate workloads and recommend optimal migration paths (Rehost, Refactor, Rearchitect, Rebuild).
  • Design high-availability, disaster recovery, and backup architectures using Azure-native capabilities.
  • Provide governance models for identity, security, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Guide teams in implementing DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC for consistent deployments.
  • Serve as an SME for Azure architecture best practices, landing zones, and cloud operations frameworks.
  • Present cloud solution strategies to senior executives and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in IT with 4+ years in Azure cloud architecture and migrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure Well-Architected Framework, landing zones, and enterprise-scale design principles.
  • Strong background in application modernization (AKS, Azure App Services, Functions, microservices). - Good to have
  • Experience with hybrid cloud design, governance, and networking.
  • Proficiency in using Azure migration tools and assessment platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in DevOps practices, IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), and scripting.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification required.
