This role is critical to shaping our financial strategies, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

- Work cross-functionally within the company, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth, client engagement, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Lead budgeting, risk assessment, and cost management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to guide decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Conduct client visits and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and challenges.
- Mandatory: Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in finance, account management, or CFO-level responsibilities.
- Proven experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for business meetings and client engagements.
