Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of expertise and a strong, demonstrable portfolio. The ideal candidate will design intuitive and visually impactful digital interfaces, collaborating across disciplines to deliver outstanding user experiences. A portfolio of relevant work is essential for application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and cross functional teams to define and refine project goals and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction
  • Create process flows, sitemaps, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to visual branding guidelines
  • Address and resolve UX challenges by continuously refining layouts and workflows based on data and feedback
  • Work alongside developers to ensure accurate and effective design implementation
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in UI/UX design.
  • Document and present design solutions to stakeholders and implement feedback constructively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.​
  • 3-4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.​
  • Proven ability to deliver projects with a strong, user-centred focus.​
  • Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.​
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, user research methods, usability testing, and interaction design principles.​
  • Working knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.​
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design ideas clearly and concisely.​
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, and attention to visual detail.​
  • Portfolio of completed UX/UI projects must be submitted with the application.
