We are seeking a skilled IT Professional to help scale our technology platform, drive innovation, and strengthen Exotian’s tech capabilities as we expand nationwide.


Job Summary

A UI/UX Designer and skilled HTML/CSS/Bootstrap Developer capable of creating modern, responsive web interfaces and converting them into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly HTML pages.

Department: Technology

Role Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–5 years

Qualification: Relevant academic qualification, preferably from a Computer Science or related background.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design clean, modern UI layouts, dashboards, and web pages.
  • Convert Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch designs into responsive HTML pages using Bootstrap.
  • Create reusable UI components (forms, tables, cards, modals, grids, etc.).
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and full mobile responsiveness.
  • Optimize UI for fast loading and SEO-friendly structure.
  • Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration.
  • Update existing designs and enhance user experience.
  • Use CSS animations, transitions, and Bootstrap utilities to improve UI interactions.
  • Maintain UI consistency following design standards and guidelines.


Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4/5.

· Solid understanding of Responsive Design & Mobile-First CSS.

· Experience with Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop.

· Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.

· Good understanding of JavaScript / jQuery (basic to intermediate).

· Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and best coding practices.
