Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level directors. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on their behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and events, handling all logistics efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses or delegation.
- Track tasks and project follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and monitoring key action items.
Requirements & Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and trust in handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and calendar management tools.
