collaborate closely with marketing and sales to run high-impact campaigns targeting CISOs,

AppSec leaders, and security teams across Fortune 1000 companies.

The primary responsibility of this role is to turn strategic outbound efforts into booked meetings

and qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & ABM

● Plan, execute, and optimize targeted outbound campaigns for high-value US accounts.

● Personalize messaging and content for account clusters as part of ABM strategies.

● Collaborate with Product Marketing to align campaigns with Strobes' offerings, including

PTaaS, RBVM, and CTEM.

Outbound Prospecting

● Identify and build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.

● Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage

prospects and drive conversations.

● Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline creation for Account

Executives.

Opportunity Creation & Handoff

● Drive top-of-funnel activity with a focus on meetings booked and opportunities created.

● Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team for further

engagement.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

● Monitor and report campaign and outreach metrics, including open rates, response

rates, meetings booked, and conversion rates using HubSpot CRM.

● Analyze results and provide insights to improve messaging, targeting, and overall

campaign performance.

Requirements

● 4-5 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity targeting US enterprise

accounts.

● Proven track record of executing outbound and ABM campaigns resulting in booked

meetings and pipeline generation.

● Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with C-level security

executives.

● Ability to work independently and achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented

environment
