About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Operations to join the leadership team at Mulltiply. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial acumen, deep understanding of operational flows, and the ability to drive efficiency and growth across teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions.
- Manage and mentor team leads including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.
- Design and implement growth strategies (e.g., cross-selling and upselling initiatives).
- Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery.
- Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 college.
- Strong background in operations and finance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
