Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the travel industry. The role involves handling sales inquiries, preparing itineraries & quotations, converting leads, and managing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Prepare customised itineraries, quotations, and travel packages.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and DMC partners for smooth operations.
  • Track market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Maintain CRM, daily sales reports, and booking updates.


Required Skills


  • 2–3 years of experience in travel sales (mandatory).
  • Strong destination knowledge (Uttarakhand, Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan, etc.).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and close sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.
