Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGPM/PGPA/Masters in Marketing

Experience: 0-1 years


Roles:

  1. . Cold call prospects from such plot owners for designing & building their villa
  2. · Maintain database of relevant prospects and carry out regular follow-ups
  3. · Signing up key members as channel partners
  4. · Following-up regularly to generate new leads
  5. · Making sure leads convert into sign-ups
  6. · Periodic follow-ups with channel partners and leads
  7. · Maintaining proper records on channel partners and their leads
  8. · Expertise in making reports and presentations


Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving set targets
  2. Responsible for prospecting & identifying potential clients
  3. Responsible for conversion of leads into sign ups
  4. Ensuring data is maintained and periodic sales reports presented to the management as and when needed.
  5. Engaged in continuous collection of business intelligence, reporting and analysis. Findings to be shared with the management regularly.
  6. Responsible for research online as well as offline.
  7. Building channel partner relations on a continuous basis.
  8. Develop excellent written and spoken communications skills
