Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MBA Marketing Trainee located in Madurai,Chennai,Bangalore & Hyderbad.Contribute to sales processes, and ensure effective customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, supporting marketing campaigns, and engaging with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction. The role offers hands-on experience in various marketing and sales activities within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Sales experience or knowledge to support business development goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools is an advantage
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Basically its field sales marketing.
  • Stipend 15K _20K.

MBA Marketing Trainee – Roles and Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct
    market research
    to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Analyze
    consumer behavior and feedback
    to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in
    data collection and reporting
    for marketing strategy development.
  • Prepare
    market analysis reports
    and present insights to senior marketing executives.

2. Marketing Campaign Support

  • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of
    marketing campaigns
    (online and offline).
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with company goals.
  • Track
    campaign performance metrics
    (ROI, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in
    developing marketing materials
    such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Assist in managing
    social media accounts
    (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Help create engaging
    content
    (posts, stories, videos, blogs, etc.) to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor
    social media trends
    , comments, and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Support
    digital ad campaigns
    (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and monitor ad performance.

4. Brand Management

  • Maintain consistency in
    brand image, tone, and messaging
    across all channels.
  • Assist in
    developing and promoting brand identity
    through marketing campaigns.
  • Help in evaluating brand performance and
    customer perception studies
    .

5. Sales and Promotion Support

  • Collaborate with the
    sales team
    to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Assist in
    lead generation
    activities through digital campaigns and events.
  • Track and analyze
    sales performance data
    related to marketing efforts.
  • Support in preparing
    sales presentations and promotional offers
    .

6. Product Marketing

  • Support
    product launch activities
    , including market analysis, positioning, and promotion.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest
    improvements for product development
    .
  • Help prepare
    product manuals, presentations, and marketing collaterals
    .

7. Event Management

  • Assist in organizing
    marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and exhibitions
    .
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for event logistics.
  • Manage
    post-event reports
    and analyze outcomes.

8. Customer Relationship Management

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the
    CRM database
    .
  • Help in executing
    email marketing
    and
    customer engagement campaigns
    .
  • Monitor customer queries, complaints, and feedback through digital platforms.

9. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare
    weekly/monthly reports
    on campaign performance and marketing activities.
  • Analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Present
    data-driven recommendations
    to improve marketing effectiveness.

10. Learning and Development

  • Participate in
    training sessions, workshops, and meetings
    to understand company marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    marketing trends, tools, and technologies
    .
  • Shadow senior marketing professionals to learn
    strategic marketing execution
    .
