Role Description
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales to join our growing team in Kochi. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about tech-based solutions, especially in the automotive or SaaS sectors. You’ll play a key role in promoting our software products, engaging potential clients, and contributing to our expansion across India and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for our software products
- Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor sales strategies
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Support new client onboarding and handover to operations/support teams
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (experience in SaaS, software, or tech preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Performance: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Tools: Familiar with CRM platforms and basic reporting tools
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
