Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sector.
  • Meet with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design and execution solutions.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and vendors.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and client meetings to promote services.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of interior works, materials, and construction processes.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred in interior design/construction sales)

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (preferred in Marketing, Interior Design, or Civil)

Location: Chalakudy

Salary: As per experience & performance-based incentives
