Job Responsibilities:

  • To maintain database of students and as well as recruiters
  • To maintain all the training related documents
  • Documenting day to day activities on regular basis
  • Keeping track of all calendars of both Training and Placement
  • Collecting the SM handle creative requirement from the heads of the department
  • Organizing and maintaining the file with overall inventory management
  • Should also maintain the finance expenditure tracker and handle all the account related activities
  • To maintain all the documents as per accrediting bodies
  • To collect the requirement from placement assistant and broadcast the drive details to students
  • Should follow up with the entire drive coordination from broadcasting till collecting the offer letters
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be able to do cold calling to establish the network with the companies
