Position: Placements Officer/Manager
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Chief Career & Training Officer / Director
Experience: 6–8 years in placements, corporate relations, career services, or talent acquisition
Reporting : Immediate
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or related fields
Role Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as Placements Officer/Manager . The role is pivotal in connecting students with the right career opportunities and building lasting relationships with industry leaders. You'll be responsible for executing placement strategies, engaging corporates, preparing students for success, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong industry relations and onboard new hiring partners
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and internship programs
- Guide students with resume building, mock interviews, and career planning
- Collaborate with faculty and trainers to align skills with industry needs
- Manage placement records, market trends, and reporting
- Engage alumni for mentoring and networking
- Represent the institution in HR forums and branding activities

- Strong corporate network and relationship management
- Experience in coordinating campus placements and internships
- Passion for student growth and career development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with placement tools, CRM, ATS, or ERP systems
