Job Title: Placement Professional

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Placement Officer to join our organization and play a pivotal role in providing placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities, coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures, and maintaining documents related to pre-placement and post-placement.
  • They will also line up students according to company requirements, visit companies' Director and HR head for manpower requirement and placement tie-up, and maintain students database.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in student placement from a skilling/training/educational institute. They should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good knowledge and relations with corporates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students.
  • Line up students according to company requirements and associate with pre-placement profiling.
  • Visit companies' Director and HR head for manpower requirement and placement tie-up.
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedure and placed students.
  • Maintain documents related to pre-placement and post-placement.
  • Maintain students database.
  • Conduct job market studies.
  • Regular coordination with respective managers and trainers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in student placement from a skilling/training/educational institute.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates.
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.

The Placement Officer must be able to undertake additional responsibilities as needed based on the organization's requirements.
