Job Title: Healthcare EdTech Placement Coordinator

Location: [Bangalore]

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Overview:

As a Healthcare EdTech Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the

placement of healthcare students into relevant positions within the industry. This is a fantastic

opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with educational institutions,

students, and healthcare organizations to facilitate successful career placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Placement Coordination:

o Assist in the placement process of healthcare students into internships,

externships, or full-time roles in the healthcare industry.

o Liaise between students, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations

to match students with appropriate job opportunities.

Employer and Partner Relations:

o Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare employers and partner

organizations to create placement opportunities for students.

o Communicate job requirements and placement needs to employers and ensure

alignment with student qualifications.

Student Support:

o Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process,

including resume building, interview preparation, and career counselling.

o Track and monitor placement progress and follow up with students and

employers to ensure successful placement outcomes.

Database and Reporting:

o Maintain and update placement records and student databases.

o Generate reports on placement progress and success rates, ensuring data

accuracy and timely reporting.

Administrative Support:

o Assist with administrative tasks related to student placement activities.

o Coordinate placement schedules and manage documentation associated with

placements.

Key Requirements:

Education:

o Bachelors degree in Life science field.

Experience:

o Entry-level position, previous experience in placement coordination,

recruitment, or healthcare education is a plus but not mandatory.
