Performance Marketing Manager

Who you are
You eat ROAS for breakfast. You’ve run campaigns for a brand (preferably FMCG or D2C) where you’ve taken ROAS over 2.
You love creative testing, iteration, scaling channels, working with creative partners, refining messaging.
You know when to push budget, when to pause, and how to scale without blowing margins.
What you’ll own
- Define and execute performance marketing strategy: paid social (FB/IG, TikTok etc.), search, programmatic, SEM/Google Ads.
- Collaborate with designers / content teams for creative ideation and testing.
- Allocate and optimise budgets across channels.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining or improving ROAS.
- Handle tracking, attribution, and analytics.
- Manage retargeting, retention, loyalty, and repurchase campaigns.
- Run experiments / A/B tests, creative formats, and landing page variants.
What we expect
- 3‑5 years performance marketing experience, ideally scaling a FMCG or D2C brand.
- Proven track record: campaigns with ROAS ≥ 2.
- Strong grasp of creative pipelines and testing frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing / business / economics / communications); MBA / relevant certification nice.
What success looks like
- Achieve & sustain ROAS ≥ 2 on core product lines.
- CAC under target, CPA improving over time.
- Scaling budgets with maintained profitability.
- Retention and re‑purchase uptick from paid channels.
- A robust creative testing system.
