Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across channels. This is a great opportunity for a motivated marketer early in their career to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced E-commerce/D2C environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth on campaign execution, reporting, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building marketing strategies to drive growth across digital channels (social, website, email, paid, partnerships).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support retention, performance, and brand marketing initiatives with campaign coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets and content.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for the leadership team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in E-commerce and consumer marketing.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing (E-commerce/D2C experience preferred).
- An MBA in Marketing/Communications is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (paid ads, social, SEO, email, analytics).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-paced startup environment.
