Role Overview:The Marketing Lead for a leading business unit in IT Infrastructure services plays a crucial leadership role in shaping and executing HCLTech's marketing strategy for the division. This position is essential for amplifying brand influence and ensuring alignment across various marketing initiatives.In this role, you will spearhead developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, effectively communicating the unique value of HCLTech's IT Infrastructure unit. You are responsible for providing strong leadership and establishing a high-performing, diverse and empowered team. The role also emphasizes the importance of partnerships, consistently striving to find win-win solutions while fostering trust with all stakeholders to create a collaborative and transparent environment.As the Marketing Lead, you will stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform your strategies. Your insights will guide the team in adapting to changes and seizing new opportunities for growth in the IT infrastructure Services landscape.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the growth and positioning of one of the business units in IT Infrastructure division.Brand Development: Elevate HCLTech's brand presence by executing initiatives that enhance visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in all the services related to IT Infrastructure services.Content Management: Manage end-to-end content creation to deliver compelling messages that resonate with target audiences and highlight the division's value proposition.Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing efforts to optimize campaigns, analyze results and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources for maximum ROI.Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new service offerings, ensuring impactful launches that align with market demands.Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with sales, practice and delivery teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives that drive business results.Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to adapt strategies and seize new opportunities. As a marketing manager, you will define the marketing strategy and initiatives that create visibility, build familiarity, and generate customer leads. You will also define and lead brand awareness initiatives for the business, including internal and external comms.Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement and training materials (battle cards, pitch decks). Develop and execute an internal communication plan for the business.Internal Communications: Develop and execute an external communication plan for the business, including PR, social media, and analyst/advocacy communications.Overall Skills and Experience Required:Should have 11-15 years of partner marketing, product and solutions marketing or Field Marketing experience, preferably 5 years in the Infrastructure services FunctionCreative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking and Strong Communications SkillsStrong expertise in end-to-end management of content creation, roadmap and planningSelf-starter individual contributor as well as a collaborative team playerAbility to navigate and work in ambiguous situations.Creative thinking with an ability to drive innovation.Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on criticality without compromising quality.Excellent Communication and People Management Skills—key stakeholders will be the senior—and mid-level leadership team across the globe and functions.Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/ Word); knowledge of any other business tools will be an additional advantage.
