Role Description

As the Center Head for Corizo Edutech, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the Pune-based center. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead, manage, and ensure the smooth execution of training programs, internships, and professional development activities. Your role will include managing staff, coordinating with external professionals or partner companies, and achieving operational and strategic goals of the center.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Experience in educational program planning and administration
  • Ability to effectively engage with students, mentors, and industry professionals
  • Understanding of EdTech platforms and digital learning tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track performance and outcomes
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, especially in education or training organizations, is an advantage
