Each vacation is handcrafted to move you, with stories, intention, and detail. Once the curation is complete, we need someone to bring it all to life behind the scenes.

That's where you come in. Executing the design, managing the little things that make a big difference, and working with people from across the world to make each journey seamless.

What do you do, as Concierge Executive?
  • Make and manage reservations (stays, transit, experiences)
  • Pay close attention to the fine print — dates, addresses, preferences, etc.
  • Liaise with service providers from world over
  • Support clients on travel — resolve on-trip issues and oversee their requests (e.g. dinner reservations, transport arrangements, etc.)
  • Coordinate daily updates with clients, vendors, and our internal team
  • Handle last-minute scenarios with calm and clarity
  • Work across different time zones

  • Understand client expectations and respond with empathy and care
  • Project and time management
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and co-ordination skills
  • A curiosity for the world
Qualifications
  • 0–3 years of work experience (hospitality, operations, events, client relations, etc.)
  • Comfortable using online CRM tools, Notion, and booking platforms
  • Fluency in English

Up to INR 3,00,000 per annum.
