Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem- solver, excellent communicator, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and executive team
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a point of contact between executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Help streamline processes, manage projects, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 Years of Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (startup experience preferred).
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
