About BatonBaton is building Baton Analytics & Peek, platforms that helps brands and creators measure true performance across social media and collaborate better. Founded by ex-Meta and ex-Amazon product leaders, we’re on a mission to bring transparency and trust to influencer marketing through actionable, data-driven insights.Role overviewWe’re looking for a Sales Intern who’s eager to help grow Baton’s brand and creator base. You’ll work closely with the founders to identify potential clients, craft personalized outreach, and help convert leads into happy users. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of SaaS sales, influencer marketing, and startup growth from day one.What You’ll DoResearch and identify potential brand, agency, and creator leads using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other discovery tools.Assist in creating outreach campaigns and personalized pitches.Manage lead tracking and follow-ups in our CRM.Participate in product demos and sales calls to learn customer pain points.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve user acquisition funnels.Collect feedback from potential customers to help shape Baton’s growth strategy.What We’re Looking ForA strong communicator who’s comfortable reaching out to new people.Interest in the creator economy, marketing, or B2B SaaS.Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to learn.Bonus: Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Notion CRM, or Airtable) or cold outreach tools.What you'll gainHands-on exposure to startup sales and go-to-market strategy.Direct mentorship from Baton’s founding team.Opportunity to contribute ideas that shape the company’s growth.Potential for full-time conversion or extended internship based on performance.DetailsCompensation range is ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.3 months (potential to extend)
