Communication Skills: Should know English verbal & written communication as well regional language + Effective communication with customers, the service team, and other stakeholders is vital for conveying technical information clearly and professionally.Time Management: Efficiently managing service appointments and repair tasks to meet customer expectations and minimize downtime.Diagnostic Tools and Equipment: Accurately diagnose and fix issues.
