About the Role


Position: Store Manager

Industry: Gems & Jewellery

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in a similar role within the jewellery sector


Location: Multiple locations across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory control
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry standards
  • Coordinate with the head office for stock planning, reporting, and marketing initiatives


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in the gems and jewellery industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Customer-focused approach with an eye for detail and design
  • Knowledge of retail software and inventory systems
  • Fluency in Hindi and basic English; local language proficiency is a plus
  • Experience in managing a team in a retail environment
