Just as in art or music, our designs know no boundaries and thus come in a myriad of shades right from elements of nature to far flung corners of the world.All our designs, be it apparel, bags & jewellery are original designs inspired by women with global sensibilities. Bags are hand crafted mostly by homemakers who have made looking after their family a priority without giving up their own passion. The IshqME jewellery is made by Indian Karigars, which helps in preserving their way of life while creating pieces of global appeal. Each apparel piece is thus as unique as the women who adorn them, embracing their differences and imperfections with all that’s good.We ensure that there is no compromise on the quality, which is on par with international standards. Who says that you save the best for last when you can wear it everydayWhat do we expect you to do?Detailed TNA monitoring of production for all products across various categories to ensure all the timelines are being met. Understanding the design team's requirements and ensuring all the tech packs shared are with updated information. Host pre-production meetings with QA team and factories to align the expectation based on the approved Tech Pack. Monitor WIP order tracking activities to ensure on-time deliveries with correct quality and quantity. Maintain and publish TNAs for each vendor/collection.Manage and communicate the style changes that impact on cost, delivery and product integrity to all relevant parties. Oversee the production elements to meet the standard and approval.Collaborate with the QA team with PO & delivery details and monitor the production and inspection process.Support in the preparation of merchandising brief to define the new collections' structure and requests that will be discussed with the Design teamFollow up with production to respect the delivery timings. Participation in the organization of the production of all supporting materials and buying tools (such as: control of product style codes, update of KPIs, photos and samples, catalogs and advertising, and exit lists).Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company's objective.Market analysis of current products to fix MRP for new and upcoming styles. Photoshoots to be organized for new styles and styling requirements. Weekly monitoring of sales providing qualitative comments on Market and competitor's analysis in terms of product and pricing positioning in the different markets.Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts etc.Inventory room and warehouse management supervision. Conducting audits every quarterly to ensure physical audit tally with sales. Build constructive supplier relationships and teams with channel partners.Required Education & SkillsBSc/BTech - Fashion Technology | BSc/Btech - Textile Science | BSc/BTech- Apparel Production from a reputed institute.
