Location : Chennai

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store experience by designing and implementing compelling visual displays. The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with commercial awareness to drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute store layouts, window displays, and in-store presentations in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.

  • Create visually appealing merchandise displays that attract and engage customers while promoting products effectively.

  • Sales Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align displays with promotional events and campaigns.

  • Optimize product placement to boost sales, considering customer flow and shopping behavior.

  • Brand Representation:

  • Ensure consistency in visual merchandising standards across all retail outlets.

  • Uphold the brand identity by maintaining a cohesive visual narrative.

  • Market Research:

  • Monitor competitor strategies and trends in visual merchandising to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Analyze customer preferences and adapt displays to reflect current demands.

  • Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure product availability for planned displays.

  • Manage the props and materials needed for installations.

-Training & Guidance

  • Train and support store staff on visual merchandising techniques and guidelines.

  • Provide feedback to improve displays and maximize product appeal.

Should have a degree or diploma in fashion design/visual merchandising or any related field with atleast 5 or more years experience in any reputed retail shop.

Salary at par with the industry.

  • Travel may be required for multi-store roles.
