Role & responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer preferences and provide personalized styling and fashion advice.
  • Promote and sell ethnic and designer wear collections to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all collections, fabrics, designs, fits, and upcoming trends.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation in the assigned section.
  • Coordinate with the alteration team and follow up on client fittings, customizations, and delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value clients.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, customer details, and inventory as per company procedures.
  • Support during store events, new launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure adherence to grooming, punctuality, and company SOPs at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Background: Ethnic, Bridal, groom
  • Experience: Minimum 16 years in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury apparel.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of fashion, colour coordination, and styling.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge.
