Role Description:
Job Title: Key Account Manager (Customer Success)
Location: HSR Sector 3, Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
CTC: ₹4 to ₹8 LPA based on experience
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to join us as an Account Manager at DealBerg. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in key account management and should be based in Bangalore and be comfortable with English and Kannada. Experience in e-commerce and related industries is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth
- Analyse account performance and provide regular reports
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
