Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to support our sales team by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and assisting in closing sales opportunities. The role involves outbound calling, email outreach, and CRM management to build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
  • Prepare basic sales reports and track performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
  • Basic knowledge of sales concepts and lead generation
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, email tools, and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
