Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Work Timing: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Week Offs: Alternate Saturday Off & Other Saturday Work from Home
Bring Your Laptop:
Candidates are required to bring their laptop to the office.
Responsibilities: (Limited but not restricted)
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Pitch products/services effectively through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing strategies, and customized solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Utilize digital marketing insights and tools to identify prospects and enhance outreach.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to shape business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the digital marketing/advertising sector).
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies and digital marketing basics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital platforms, and presentation tools.
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
