Business Development-Field Sales

What you’ll do:
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of company on the field, guiding buyers
through their property search and ensuring a world-class experience.
● Engage Clients: Understand HNI/family requirements, recommend homes matching 80%+ needs, and build lasting relationships.
● Showcase Properties: Conduct site visits and walkthroughs; capture photos/videos to boost property visibility.
● Provide Insights: Stay updated on Bangalore micro-markets (Whitefield, Sarjapur, Koramangala, etc.) and advise on pricing, ROI, and trends.
What We’re Looking For
● Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (freshers welcome).
● 80–90% field role : must enjoy being on the move..
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Visual eye (photography/videography) is a plus.
● Self-driven, organized, and willing to hustle in a startup environment.
● Must own a personal vehicle for site visits (mandatory).
