Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Navi Mumbai.

The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for handling travel-related sales enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and delivering customized travel solutions.

The role involves selling holiday packages, hotels, flights, ferries, and MICE travel services, preparing itineraries and quotations, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent pre- and post-sales customer support. The position requires hands-on experience in the Tour & Travel industry and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound travel sales leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Design and sell customized holiday packages, corporate travel, and MICE solutions.
  • Prepare itineraries, quotations, and costings as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate hotel, flight, transport, ferry, and activity bookings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
  • Update and manage bookings and customer details in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in the Tour & Travel Industry (Travel Agency, OTA, DMC, or Hospitality Sales).
  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in travel sales.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, itineraries, and booking processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Experience in handling holiday packages, corporate travel, or MICE sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
