Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South and East for a Sales and Business Development professional within the real estate sector. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing customer inquiries. The individual will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions as needed, and supporting the sales and management efforts to drive revenue and business growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proactive attitude with excellent negotiation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Background in real estate is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
  • BA, B.Com, BBA, MBA, Hotel Management, Hospitality Business
  • Confidence to deal with HNI, CXOs

  • Should be Smart and Fluent in English
  • This is Client Facing Role


Salary for the right Candidates is not a constraint. Bonuses on Sales are attractive.


Location : Head Office is in South Bangalore (JayaNagar). Work place can be in East Bangalore.
