They are required to understand the business requirements and map the same to system functionalities and having technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases. Overall 7+ years of ExperienceExposure to working with Data Warehouses, Regulatory Reporting frameworkExperience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring is desiredBachelor's Degree and/or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry. ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation would be a plus.Possessing work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions and being well versed in AML regulations will be required. While having exposure in platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS, etc. would be highly preferred.Experience in a Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products, business and operational processes, with exposure to business analysis will be required.An organized self-starter able to manage in a complex environmentA team player who continually collaborates and shares informationContinually looks to simplify and standardize solutionsActively seeks to reduce complexity and do the "right thing"Persistent in your drive for quality and excellenceArchitecturally minded with an ability to simplify complex activitiesInfluencer and problem solving personFluent in English (written/verbal) additional language(s) are an advantageFamiliar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.Ability to work in a Matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies.Understanding of executing projects in agile (scrum) methodologyAbility to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirementsSelf-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness.
