Job Description:

NOVO Insurance Broking Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to lead and expand our client base in Bhimavaram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting a range of insurance products including life, health, and general insurance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients through field sales, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and partners
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer service
  • Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitors


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or financial services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Local market knowledge of Bhimavaram and surrounding areas
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
