Role Overview

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients for our predictive maintenance solutions. Your focus will be on industries such as Oil C Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, and Cement. You’ll drive revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and showcasing how UptimeAI can solve critical operational challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, customer-centric solution selling, and the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for enterprise clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Cement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of UptimeAI’s solutions.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and work towards securing profitable, long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Cement.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise deals.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management and forecasting
