Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in budget preparation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing accounts within a technology or cyber security environment, with a strong understanding of compliance, taxation, and reporting standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
  • Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Support internal and external audits; ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for transactions, loans, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain asset registers and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory compliance.
  • Assist the finance team in cost control and process improvement initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT or cyber security company.
  • Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exposure to international transactions and foreign currency accounting is a plus.
