About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes. You will ensure accurate financial records, monitor expenditures, support month-end and year-end closing, and generate financial insights for senior leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.
  • Handle invoice processing, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Assist with payroll review, tax filings, and statutory reporting where applicable.
  • Partner with internal teams to validate financial data, track expenses, and support operational decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial efficiency.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or fast-growing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
