We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with bookkeeping, and the ability to handle statutory compliances and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
- Validate supporting documents and ensure proper documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
- Maintain updated accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Support management in any ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
