Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Manager to play a key role in driving the company’s growth strategy through M&A, investments, strategic partnerships, and other high-impact initiatives. The role involves finding targets that are suitable, working with our bankers on potential target identification, screening, assisting in due diligence, leading transaction execution, conducting financial and strategic analyses, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across business functions to evaluate and implement inorganic growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A & Investments: Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Strategy & Market Insights: Conduct industry and competitive analyses to identify market trends and new opportunities. Partner with business leaders to assess strategic fit and synergy opportunities for potential transactions. Track competitor activities and provide insights on potential risks and opportunities.
- Financial & Business Analysis: Develop business cases for inorganic initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations during due diligence and post-merger integration. Work with external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal/tax advisors) for transaction support. Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior management and the Board of Directors.

- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of M&A process, corporate finance, and deal execution.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate development,, management consulting, or related fields especially working with IT services companies
