Fusion Practices is a London-headquartered consulting and software firm recognised across the UK for delivering award-winning innovation in SaaS business applications.
We specialise in Oracle Cloud solutions, data platforms, and digital transformation programmes for large enterprise and government clients, including leading banks and insurance companies.
As part of our continued growth in India, we are expanding our operations and looking for a Corporate Learning and Development Manager to lead employee learning, engagement, and capability enhancement initiatives at our Mumbai office.
This position is ideal for professionals who have previously worked in the education sector—particularly school teachers who have been actively engaged in classroom teaching, learning development, or educational leadership—and are now looking to transition into the corporate world.

This role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and candidates must be located within 30 minutes’ commute of the office.
- Design and implement corporate learning programmes focused on professional growth, technical excellence, and leadership development.
- Identify learning needs across departments and align initiatives with business goals.
- Develop structured onboarding and continuous learning plans for new and existing employees.
- Conduct workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and leadership training.
- Partner with technical and functional heads to ensure learning objectives are met through measurable outcomes.
- Introduce innovative learning methods, including digital tools and AI-enabled learning platforms.
- Track learning progress, collect feedback, and report on the impact of development programmes.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment across all levels of the organisation.

Preferred Experience and Attributes
- Prior experience as a school teacher, trainer, or education professional.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for people development and continuous learning.

- Ability to manage multiple learning projects and engage teams across departments.
- Experience or interest in digital learning tools, corporate training, or HR development is advantageous.
- Work with a global consulting firm that partners with Oracle and serves major financial institutions.
